Law firm SYU's attorney, Choi Jihyun, provided legal review and advisory services regarding the procedural and substantive legality of establishing a venture investment association for Venture Capital Company A, serving as the general partner (GP) with the remaining seven institutions as limited partners (LP).

In particular, during the drafting of the investment partnership agreement between the GP and LPs, thorough scrutiny was applied to ensure compliance with the "Act on the Promotion of Venture Investment" and other relevant laws, thereby minimizing potential legal risks that may arise in the future.

Furthermore, examination was conducted to determine whether the internal rate of return and hurdle rate for profit distribution among the parties were appropriately set, and whether the criteria for performance-based compensation were reasonable and compliant with legal standards, ultimately aiming to maximize the client's interests while adhering to lawful procedures.
